PARLOR:

Positioning couch, dog cage with dog bed, washable area rug, built-in cabinetry and mantel, couch, leather wingback chair, sofa, sturdy bench and ottoman, 3 side tables, pillows, wall décor, chandelier, sound-dampening curtains. Fireplace is decorative and not for use.

Option to use steel sling frame (rating to 500 lb.), washable fabric sling, with stirrups and carabiners instead of positioning couch to be arranged ahead of time.

DUNGEON:

St. Andrew’s Cross mounted on underneath of queen-sized Murphy bed,  leather spanking horse, a variety of steps and stools, wall and floor lamps, school desk and wooden chair, closet with washable fabric glory hole, print area rug, pillows and wall décor, sound-dampening curtains, and many hooks and shelves holding tools including: leather cuffs, leather collars, leather and rubber floggers, canes, nipple clamps, rope, and a small selection of costume pieces (hats, masks, uniforms, etc). 

BATHROOM:

Full bath with shower over clawfoot tub, pedestal sink, first aid kit, mouthwash, unscented toiletries

KITCHEN (additional fee):

1950s style dinette table and chairs, functional (shared) refrigerator, gas oven/stove, sink, dishwasher, wall art, dishes, utensils, glasses/cups, pots/pans, toaster, Brita water pitcher, a large selection of tea, pour-over Mellita coffee filters/cone.
